Oh, baby B. What a journey to meet you. Just over a year ago, momma and daddy welcomed your big brother into the world. After a valiant thirteen day fight in the hospital, your big brother went to his forever home without ever getting to spend a night at momma and daddy’s. Half a year later, in another hospital across the country, a new big brother lost his fight before getting to come home with his adoptive parents. And, so, it was with both hope and fear that momma and daddy planned for your arrival. And finally, finally reached that simple but oh-so-momentous milestone — bringing you home.
